Amp keeps blowing fuses

Alright, i have a Phoenix gold XS2500 amp powering my 2 Alpine SWR-12's. For some reason the amp blew all my fuses the other day. So i replaced them. Right when i put the fuses back into the amp they blew the 2 30 amp fuses in the amplifier itself. Then i replaced them and they blew again. Nothing is shorted out. I dont know what happened.

Can someone please give me some ideas?

Also, if you have any of these amps, i need another one (now possibly 2).
