Ground for AMP

i am doing my amp and sub soon but i want to know where the best place to ground the amp in my trunk. thanks!

What i did was i punched a hole through the spare wheel well in the area right below the back seats. Sanded it down so that metal was exposed and screwed the ground in.

I got a grounding terminal drilled in the back by the shock....no noise and I got three amps and a Cap hooked up to it and you cant even notice it ..... no noise neither....

ah your crazy, u dont need to drill any new holes, lift the carpet from your truck, and there are many decent sized blots that pass through the body, some even the frame. find a good one, clean it up, scrape the paint off for the best connection and a little grease if u wanna keep it clean. just make it as close as possible

decide where you're gonna mount your amp. from there, find an inconspicuous spot, get something to clean the paint off the trunk floor (the metal one, not the false floor). run a screw into the spot where the paint is stripped off, and into the terminal for the ground wire. and you're done.
