Hooking up a stock alarm with new siren

Is there anyway to hookup the stock alarm to hook it up to a siren instead of just a horn

okay, basically what you do is splice into the same wires as the horn and connect the pienzo siren (4$ from radioshack) to the two different wires, negative and positive, and you screw the siren into the same spot as the stock horn, just to the right of it. the siren will yelp whenever u honk the horn, thats the easiest way to say it till i get pics. when i get the pics i will post a way to do it when u just use the clicker.

There is going to be a difference from the factory alarm with a siren and an aftermarket alarm. The way the factory alarm works is that the output wire pulses the horn when the alarm goes off. An aftermarket alarm with a siren output is a constant output to the siren. Thats why some alarms make multi pitched tones because its going thru a loop which is programmed in the siren itsself. When you tap in the factory alarm output with a siren you are only going to get short pulses from the siren. As long as thats not a big deal then its possible but it may sound funny when the alarm is tripped.
