Power Locks Dont work after HU Install

Power Locks Dont work after HU Install

HELP !

Just installed a deck in my car witha friend.

When I got home I realized my Power Locks dont work
both in the car trigger and remote control.

What could be the problem ?

Well, first i would check all my fuses. If those are all fine, i would pop off the bottom part of the dash where the 12v outlet is and check all the wires that are attached to the little black box that's on the right side, bolted to the steel bracing. Thats the keyless brain. Other then that i wouldnt have a clue.

Mine did that too, but I had somebody do it for me all it was a loose wire behide the radio. Well that is what he told me anyways.

Yeah. If it's not the fuses, check to see if any wires may have come loose during the install.

u checked all fuses the ones under the hood too and under the steering wheel..one you might wanna check if you didnt. is back up 10A fuse under the hood.

Check the fuse for power locks under the steering wheel, it's labeled. I bet you popped a fuse doing the electrical work. It happens to me all the time. I'm in an out of Radio Shack so much they offered me a job there. Let us know how it goes...
