Need ideas for my next project for my civic

Here is my project my dad gave me is extra touch screen computer its about 10 inches long 1 inche deep its a small computer (bad azz i might add) anywayz i want to but it in my dash i checked it it would fit but i have to romove the 3 bottons and the 3 ***** and stero and stuff..i have seen people take them out and put them under the 12v lighter thing...(cant remeber the right word for it)..is there anyone that did this..and what did u use to put them down there..hopefully i can figure out a way to make something for i can set the computer in the dash..it would look so sweet..

any suggestions would help thanxs

yea it fits i waz in my car ealrier and measuring it out..it fits in fine i just need to know what people used to move there ***** and bottons..and stuff

ask derek, he has a 10 inch in his dash, and moved his a/c controls to the center near the gear-shift/e-brake

you have to extend the wires, lots of butt connectors and spare wiring, cut the stock harness then add the wiring in the middle. you can move the controls that way anywhere.

also you need to be quite experienced with fiberglas, bondo, and you gotta love to sand =)
