Hey wassup...recently i purchased 2 kicker L5 and a box for 175...the box however was made for 3 kicker L5 so i decided to just cover up the middle hole where the L5 goes with my avionix 440.4 amp...after gettin everything wired up and installed..the subs sound a lil weird and does not hit as hard...anyone know wut the reason may be..and if i do buy a 3rd L5 sub..wut kind of amp should i get...is there such thing as a 3 channel amp or no

is teh box a common chamber? is there a divider between the subs?

What happened to the other Kicker? ...and yeah, are there dividers between the chambers. Instead of buying another kicker you could always buy a Ported pre-made box (which are REALLY easy to find for Solo Barics) or you could build your own. A ported two will prolly hit harder then 3 in a sealed. Does your amp have a subsonic filter on it (really important if your gonna run ported).

Anywayz, you have other options besides buying another Kicker or another amp. I would try the low cost options first and see if it works.
