2003 accord mp3 player
I dont know how much that thing is but my guess is that you can get an aftermarket deck with mp3 capability for less money and get a better quality headunit at the same time. Alpine makes a nice mp3 deck for under $300 and I know some start at around $200.

most of the aftermarket decks do provide better sound, but they are too flashy for my taste... plus, this little thing would be sweet to have in my glove box...
I got a CD changer for my car, works great, plays cds/mp3 cds too, so i roll with 1500+songs in the trunk. Here's a link, got mine off ebay a bit cheaper:

If you don't have a sony cd headunit, find a fm transmitter on ebay just make sure its sony!

Although i do agree with everyone else...unit looks cool but aftermarket will be a more cost effective way to go.
BUT....to ans ur question (which i didnt see a responce to) If u have the avalability to place a changer on ur factory stereo u will be able to wire this to ur car. Also If u have the tape player with the single cd below (i think lx only??? not sure) u can disconect that cd plug the other in...and if it fits replace the factory cd with the other factory mp3...or buy one of the cool bins that come with fold down dorr from some one and mount the new cd player in the glove box.
I thought about doing this as well, just to keep a stock clean look to the car....but if my memory is right honda wanted an *** load for that piece. Although it does play wma and mp3...the power rating is rather low and ur factory stereo does not the avalabilty to scroll the name of the FILE, ALBUM, ARTIST, or FOLDER......quite like my kenwood mp522 does, or any aftermarket for that matter.
Just some thoughts hope that helps yah out!
I don't think you will be able to hook this up. As you can see, that mp3 player rely's on the controls from the Accord HU. Your Civic headunit probably won't be able to control it.
On top of that, the stock headunit doesn't have an auxilary input, so you won't be able to get any sound in unless you use an FM adapter which sound like crap, imo.
I think if you look hard enough, you should find some decent mp3/cd headunits that aren't too flashy.

^^^ actually it does... there is a plug on the ex head unit that doesnot seem to be doing anything, my guess is that it is for an optional tape deck or something
