is it possible to swap my engine civic hybrid 2007 with engine 2012 without changing the transmission gear

i forget to say that i want to swap the engine with hybrid one model 2012 and up, so what the best solution, the exist engine is 1.3L and very week, please advise

The best option is the sell what you have and buy the car with the engine already installed. Trying to put a newer hybrid engine into your 2007 is going to take a lot of custom work.
