Hey there I was wondering how I could lower my 9th gen civic sedan without having major issues involving suspension? Any way to avoid for example wheel barring replacements after coil over installation and what ever other problem comes with installing coil overs?

I'm not a 9th gen, but I just lowered my car a couple months ago and used skunk2 coil overs, front skunk2 adjustable upper control arms/ camber kit and rear skunk2 adjustable camber kit. I didn't go really low, and the ride isn't bad. I had it aligned right after and no issues.

lower = more expensive.

How low is your target?
bearings only happen if you have much wider wheels or put excessive camber in the wheels (as in more than -5 deg)

I was looking to go for a 2 inch" drop. Hopefully nothing wears out faster though.

2"...
Tein coilovers?
Don't forget the rear camber correction - you don't wan to see people behind you seeing you spreading your legs (also one item that could increase bearing wear)

So you are aware, the recommended drop from Tein when using their coilovers is only 1.6" on the front and 1.4" on the rear. That would give minimal/no fitment and drivability issues.
