2011 civic lx HANDLING UPGRADES?

hey guys im living in the pittsburgh area with ALOT of winding twisty roads. Therefore i want to upgrade the handling .
previously on my altima coupe i installed a bigger rear swaybar and a new strut tower brace to massively improve the handling of that car. it literally outhandled my newer LS camaro which sufffered cuz it was 500 lbs heavier.

Can doing a similar upgrade to my 2011 civic greatly impact the handling?
do Similar year civic Si parts bolt up like a swaybar front or rear and strut tower bar?
EDIT; I missed titled this as an LX but its really a DX sub-model.

Re: 2011 civic lx HANDLING UPGRADES?

Apparently a stock DX came with 195/65 R16 but its currently running 205/55R16 wheels n tires with winter pirellis. Obviously i wanna keep winter tires on in winter but will also be looking for a plus 1 size upgrade for dedicated summer tires. So is 225/45 R17s a good plus one size upgrade?

BEST BANG 4 BUCk SUSPENSION upgrades.

Im curious what are the best value in cornering upgrades?
i live in a very hilly area with lots of curvy winding roads and need a car that wont oversteer or understeer off the road or into oncoming traffic when cornering at speed.
I have a mostly stock 2011 DX with plus one tire/wheel combo with winter pirellis already.

Tires.

Summer tires to be exact paired with a lightweight wheel.

I keep my tires at 205/55R16 because they are cheaper but still lots of options.
plus size will make it potentially slower if heavy wheels.

i was hoping to avoid major mods like lowering my civic and losing gr clearence and dont want the expense of exchanging new coil over for still good ones. i will keep that option open when i actually need new struts anyways.
same goes for tires n wheels, i want a set of nice summer wheels so i can get some sticky summer tires at same time.
