2014 Civic EX Lights

I have the original headlights that came in the vehicle. I would like to use a better/brighter bulb. Need more improvement on lighting but do not want to overheat or cause a problem for electrical wiring or light housing on vehicle. Is there good instructions on light bulb replacement?
