best way to ship a front bumper

I'm selling a front bumper for my car but i'm wondering what would be the best way to ship it. I got it through a freight company but is that my only option? if not then what would yall suggest? and how much you think shipping it would run me?

I think freight is your only option due to the dimensions.

ive shipped and recieved body kits via FedEx. Cost me $50 to ship the whole kit. I still dont see why people charge $150 or to more to ship a kit.

use R & L Carriers....we use them everyday at our business.. great service. call 800-543-5589 and they can transfer you to the correct hub in your area. just call and ask for a freight quote. or i can do it if you want.
