Body coloured Mirrors

I have a 2K3 Lx, I would like to get body coloured mirrors for it (the door handles are body coloured). Do you think they can be ordered through Honda , or does anyone know of any body coloured (OEM) aftermarket mirrors?
Thanks,
Aaron.

Hmm. I don't think there are aftermarket mirrors that are OEM style.

Yes, you can order them thru your dealership. I bought mine thru my dealership, but that's because I know someone there and got a discount.

Your other option is to have a body shop paint it for you. It'd be cheaper.

^ Yup, that's what I thought to myself to. Unless your dealership has a body shop of their own so that it's done right with the right paint code (that's where I took my altezza grill to have it perfectly match the rest of my car).

But if you want it to really look good. Go thru Honda and buy the OEM EX mirrors.

Haha. That's the first thing I did after I got my 03 LX.

Hondawerx.com has some OEM UK colored civic 01+ mirrors.. a set is 400 shipped... which is a bit pricey. Here's the description: "These mirrors fold in and are heated to melt snow and defrost. The mirror portion comes painted from Honda in select OEM colors"
-- heated, and foldable

wow that paint job looks really great. did they paint the mirrors and the windshield misters while it was on the car or was it removed? thanks

Edit:
Forget about the windshield misters part. the "before" picture shows that it was originally silver. On my 03 silver lx, that part is black.

Just a slight correction on the OEM UK mirrors. I bought those same mirrors from Hondawerx and love them , but although they are heated it doesn't actually work on the U.S. Civics since we don't have the power plug for them. I haven't tried to splice into the existing plug or another source since I'm too scared to break something, besides I bought them for looks and not heating. Since I have an EX, I'll probably sell my OEM EX SSM mirrors, just need to take pics and post them in the For Sale forum.
