aftermarket throttle body

yep, I'm stupid, but I still wanna know... is there a way to get a custom throttle body or to somehow make it bigger ... I've heard of boring throttle bodies, but I have no idea wtf that means.

boring it out, its kind of like making the diamater wider so more air can flow through...if that makes since...and i dont think theyre any aftermarket TBs you can buy yet. just be patient.

i kno BBK has on for the 6th gens. I called them and they sd that with a little moutning adaption that it should fit....???

I don't think the 6th gen one will fit or work right. You can ship your throttle body to KMS and have them bore it out for you. I think it runs like 175.00.

Most CNC shops will bore it out for you. I'm taking mine as soon as I get my IM..which I ordered today. For those that have KMS IM, how long did it take u to get it ?
