I'm happy w/ the look, just that the cops in my area like to give retarded tickets for things like loud exhaust. Quality of construction is by far an A+ compared to any other brand I sell or have seen.

hehe im in philly, not too far from NY. id love to buy that tanabe off of you for the right price =) i will even throw in some octane side skirts if u want it.
Bummer, the muffler i saw the other day was a racing medalion..exactly like yours, and not the super medalion. Thx for the pic
Fr the pic, it seems its hangin quite low, suprisingly it doesnt scrape. I have to agree that tanabe makes gd exhaust..not to mention stabilizers..quite famous for their footwork. The problem now is the sound, i dont quite dig loud exhaust, and you are already considering to change it. The looks of the exhaust spells power..hahahaa. Did any dyno on it?? Whats the gain like??
Think i read somewhere about the apex ws hanging very low (something to do with the angle), and scrapes.

It hangs low...I came very close to scraping a few times.....i heard greddy is the best for lowered cars and not scraping...as soon as i get some extra loot i'm gonna hit the dyno shop in nia falls....
Greddy evo huh..but if we have too rank it by loudness, i think the apex ws will be the softest, followed by either greddy/tanabe. Is yours a coupe/sedan/hatch?? I bet it will scrape using the tanabe on a sedan. Let us know the dyno numbers once you get it done

greddy is the best for lowered cars, but how lowered cars are you talking about, do you mean completey slammed to the groud or what?
i've heard that greddy has a problem with rusting. is this true or just some rumor? it doesnt make sense to make a muffler from material that would rust.

from my personal experience of both exhausts, my Greddy was much lower than my Tanabe....The Greddy Canister seemed to be a little bigger and it looked to sit a little lower too.
I hardly scrape with my Tanabe and i have Neuspeed Sports.
May be true, but it didn't seem like that with me.

I say Apex'i WS, that's cuz I'm getting one.
One day a friend on mine pulled up in his RSX-S. He has a Comptech exhaust .
After I heard that exhaust I wanted it. Since Comptech doesn't make anything for out cars I decided to go with Apex'i. It's the closest match to the Comptech I found.
