Mugen digital display
I was looking at the Honda concept cars and came across an LCD tach/speedometer display for the Si... It looks pretty cool and wondering if anyone knows where to get this or similar products for our car?

I think it's just a concept/show car thing... there isn't actually a LCD dash available that I'm aware of. Stuff like the VAFC or Greddy Protec have info displays if what you're looking for is an electronic screen with data on it.

I don't know of anything like that either, but IF you really wanted something like that, you could replace your ECU with the AEM EMS, and hook your car up with a "carputer". Replace the cluster with an LCD screen for the computer, and you can get those exact readings from the EMS in that exact style. You could customize gauge type and colors. But that would cost a few thousand to do. But you also can super tune your car as a benefit
i e-mail them about that screen a while ago...they said that they are puttin it into production, should be out by the end of summer. It is direct plug and play for most hondas, and acuras. It bolt right in, no mods.
Price? since its Mugen...probably lookin at close to 2grand...probably more.

Damn, looks like I gotta save myself up some $$$.
I hope they're customizable/programmable. It'd be nice to have a custom look for your screen in case you run into someone else with the Mugen LCD.

well, the guy said that you can program in your redline. I dont know what else you can do with it though...just have to wait and see.
Also, the screen dims when you healights are on, so that the screen doesnt blind you at night. I think the background changes to black, and the overall light come down. I was worried about that when i was thinkin about savin for it.

man i thinkt he momo screen is way too big. and that curve there will suck too if u run into it all the time and have to have it on the screen... i personally prefer everything to look nice and elegant and not like BAMM! LOOK AT ME!...the momo is kinda right in your face... i dont like that. the idea is great but it just doesnt appeal to me.
the onces above me look much cleaner and profesional. i like that much better.

you cna probably call them and see what they have to offer on those redlines, since the one for the koenigsegg has a 9000 rpm tach
i wrote them an e-mail like almost a month ago, and still waiting for them to write back about the tach. They have other tachs, but i liked the one shown on here the best out of all of them.
Im just gonna do the cobalt thing. Its all good. Its probably cheaper this way too.
