The best mods you can do quickly

Some other good mods:
- Armor-all the interior
- use tire shine (Meguiar's works AWESOME)
- wash the car
- DIY Clear headlights
- xenon bulbs (careful which brand you go with though, some of them suck ***)
- adjust the throttle cable
- DIY interior trim paint
Those are really easy things you can do, and quite inexpensive. Takes an afternoon and I would say no more than about $50 (again, the most expensive thing would be the Xenon bulbs, if you're gonna get good ones)
