Based on the N1's I've seen, it looks to be about the same size or perhaps slightly larger thant he Tsudo you have now. I don't really see the scraping situation getting much better with the N1 or the Tanabe.

The Tanabe sits at a small angle but not as much as the N1 does. My car is lowered and you can still see the entire exhaust (Tanabe) from the side. Unfortunatly i have but one pic and its from the rear.

Keep the scraped up one, it looks like a Japanese drift style car, even though you may never drift it will look cool. It gives it the well street worn look too. But my opinion on a new exhaust would be to buy an HKS Hiper rear section and have a mid-section made for it. I don't think the Apexi angles as much as the HKS.
