Unhappy transmision!!!

well, i need some help. i killed my syncros (yes all three) and now i have been told by several people that it is better to just get a new tranny rather than trying to fix mine not to mention that the syncros + the labor cost would run up to about $1,500 down here. i need to know if anyone knows where i can get a tanny, on the web, buy it from someone, etc. anything but buying it directly from HONDA the price tag on that is just over $3,000, and that is is big no go!! any help would be appreciated!

thanks

whats up with your warranty? call the dealer and see if they will fix it for free. They know that thier transmisions have problems and they may fix it even if your warranty is up

how did i F*#@k up my Tranny? well...i take may car to the track at least once a week for the weekly street eliminations. the first few months i was hitting the car @ 4,000 rpm off the line and apparently he did not enjoy that very much. other than that all i can say is that it is a shi@#y tranny.
