Another Intake Question
Does anyone know how an CAI for a MT is different from that of a CAI for an AT? See, a friend at a local shop is hooking me up with this pakage deal that includes the AEM V2 CAI, but as far as I know it's for manuals only. Any idea what would happen if you put it in an automatic?

I believe that the design is somewhat differnt and won't fit corectly

Correct me if I am wrong, but it wont fit cuz the pipe extends down to the tranny. If you have an AT then there wont be any room for the intake at all. I think you have to get a short one.

u can cut it, but it wouldnt' really be a CAI at all then. just a long long SRI.
