pass emissions?

if i get an evo or and n1 cat back exhaust will i still be able to pass emissions inNy. also what are the laws in NY regarding sound of exhaust.

yes you will pass emissions and both exhausts are under the legal decibal limit. I would get a Tanabe RSpec if i were you. Itll last longer and give you better gain in Hp and torque.
