How much to get a kit installed?

I live about an hour and a half from Toronto and I am looking into buying the octane kit for my car. I am shopping for the best price and I think I can also get the right paint from my cousin for cheap. I am curious to know what a shop might charge to install a fibreglass kit on my car? I could probably have it painted before as well, or should I get it installed, then painted once it's on the car? Any info would be great, Thanks

Also, if anyone knows a place in or around Toronto that might do it, let me know.!!

Get it painted before it is on the car. They will have to prep it and stuff and it is easier to do so when the parts aren't on the car. Why can't you install the kit yourself? the bumpers pop right off and the body kit should pop right on. the sides skirts may give you trouble but you should be able to handle it. I don't think you should pay more than $200 (USD) to have a kit just installed.
