Can someone please repost the instructions of the diy blue dashlits for both the a/c and shift **** either or both?

what type of bulbs are thos in there? can they be replaced with blue ones or blue LEDs? That would make the light blue rather than off-blue which is what I didn't like when I did mine (and reversed it to orange/red)
