It's nearly impossible to tell what headlights those are. My best guess is painted factory lights

the lights are OEM fitment ION headlamps and the is a Ground Designs Street Fighter kit GroundDesigns2000, the makers of the well known Black Widow Kit, the front grill is a mugen grill, the sides i cant tell and the rear is a street fighter as well
