Muffler Question

Out of no where today this kid offers this muffler to me for 10 dollars... my set up is stock right now, so i figure... can't go wrong for 10 bucks... I just have a couple q's

1.) will it fit?
2.) will i have to get it molded on?
3.) if i do get it molded on, is there anyway i could ever put it back to stock or buy a better exhaust and put that on?
4.) do you think it is worth it?

it won't let me load the pictures, it says they are too big... so if i could send them to someone over aim please im me... TrippinOvaNuttin is my sn

PS... don't tell me to use the search button because i have never seen a muffler like this on the board before... so I was just wonderin... no need to flame

1. You're gonna have to do some custom work to make it fit like get a shop to weld on the correct hangers and probably have to do some other welding to do some custom piping

4. Probably not worth it, unless you just want to change the look of your muffler

Yeah just go to Meineke or any muffler shop like that. Like Gotti said, shouldn't cost more than 50 or 60

you can actually get it put on for less than 50 depending on where u go n all...i say go for it...the worst that can happen is just that the fiberglass in the muffler itself is all burned causing it to rattle, but yeah, any muffler shop could put that on for u.

Looks fine, muffler shop will charge ya $30-40 to weld the muffler.

IMO, save money and buy a full catback.

I knew this thread was gonna throw up some flames. I figured if I posted that message that others would have followed suit. And I noticed that some stayed out of the fights.

I personally don't agree with the whole muffler deal. I would suggest you save up and buy a cat-back. Just my opinion.

Thanks everyone for your advice... the muffler was definitely not worth it. They were going to charge me around 90 everywhere just to put it on because the piping had to be changed b/c it would sit in the wrong place on our cars... i'm just going to turn around and sell it for more than i got it for... thanks everyone
