TYC PROJECTOR OWNERS...

What are the bulbs that are required??

I assume they are:
168 or 194 - parking
7443 - parking/signal
H1 - low beam
H1 - high beam

Am I incorrect?? I just bought some and want to buy new bulbs for them before they arrive...

Thanks in advance for your help

lows are H1, but I believe the highs are H3 - I used to have them sold them off.... they didn't produce enough light for me, even with xenon bulbs loaded in them.

yes those are the correct bulbs. the turn signals however are quite strange. the ones that come with the TYC are sylvania bulbs. the 7443 bulb that comes with it has a wierd plastic connector clip built into the bulb so that it locks solid tight to the socket. i tried putting super white turn signals but most regular 7443 doesnt come with that extra plastic clip thing. so what happens is that the bulb will not stay firmly in the socket. mines were working till i hit a lil bump in the road and they popped outta the socket and fell ssomewhere inside the housing.. so now i just use the stock bulbs that came with the TYC...

uhhGghg Orange turn signals!!!

Not really, I just want to see if they are bright enough for me to switch to those projectors. I love the look but if the light output isn't bright enough I'm not gonna bother. Not really a contest anymore.

same here, h1 for high/low and a weird kind for blinkers.

i recommend throwing away those h1 that came with tyc and go buy some new ones, even the 5.99 a piece GE h1 i brought from discount auto parts was better than the crap that came with tyc

anyone know who makes hyper white 3157 bulbs?????
