Exhaust Question
I was wondering if I should go for the Magnaflow group buy for $300 or should I go with something else? I was wondering about this:
OBX Type H (HKS) FULL CAT BACK Exhaust
Very new, very cool OBX Cat Back exhaust. All OBX Exhaust are constructed from SUS -304 Stainless Steel. Only the Axel Back portion is shown below.
Specs:
1) 2.5" or 3" Exhaust Pipe depending on application
2) HKS Super Dragger Style Muffler
3) Free Flow Design!
That one is the same price as the Magnaflow. I want something that I can hear, but not annoying. Any thoughts please...

I've heard nothing but bad things about the magnaflow on this site, not to mention the name. Get something better like Thermal, Greddy, HKS, OBX, DC...lots of other good stuff.

And whats wrong with the name?? I mean it looks better then stock, sounds better then stock, feel more power then stock it performs like any other catback and for only 300 hell thats a awesome price
IMO pb1300 If I were in your shoes I would go with the magnaflow but get the midpipe welded OR you can save up and get the
Tanabe catback <<<-- R0x0rz!!!

the magnaflow is quiet but has that deep tone and when you get it up to 4000+RPM it starts to roar
the tanabe is one hell of a loud exhaust and it has a very very deep tone which sounds very agressive I would love to have a tanabe catback but Im not to sure they make one for the LX
Here is the thread with sound clips of magnaflow catback and tanabe catback
