I plan on getting a body kit within the next year. I was just curious as to how much it costs to get a kit paited? And how much to get put on?

Also, my friend argues me that I would need to get my whole car painted, he says because of time wear, but my car is only a 2002? I know hes probably wrong, but did anyone have there whole car painted? And that doesnt include people who did a custom paint job. I plan on keeping my nighthawk black.

And where the grill would be placed, is it just empty/spaceless on aftermarket kits?

uhh dude, you dont need to get your whole car painted over again... your friend doesnt know what hes talking about. All you gotta do is make sure that the shop blends the paint correctly because of fade or whatever, it may not match if they dont blend the paint correctly. Also on some kits the grill is molded into it and on others its not. The ones that dont have the grill molded use the stock grill. it just all clips together.

i paid $180 for my tsunami front bumper and altezza grill painted and installed. the paint is a perfect match. you can see all the metallic and everything in the paint. next week im getting my ww g5 sides and rear and ww mini wing on. i would pay about $500-$600 to have a whole kit painted and installed.

I paid $1200 for a full OCTANE urathane kit and then paid an additional 500 to have it painted and put on... I'm hoping that it gets done soon im so lonesome without my baby

I paid $100 to have my front lip painted. I got the oem aero sides and oem rear, so those were already painted. Installation is free when you do it yourself.

Also, a good paint shop can match the paint even if it's faded.

I put the kit on myself except the rear bumper because of some fitment problems I paid 90 bucks for the back to get put on and an additional 350bucks to get the Kit and my Z3 fenders al painted.
