are these piaa bulbs good?

my friend told me these are the best so i put them in my car and took out the stock ones and there sorta bright, but i dunno if there the best you tell me. He said there straight from japan. box says:
PIAA Xtreme White Bulb H4 HID Suer Halogen Bulb 12v-60/55W H208 part no. 15260
He charged me 60 for them and he said they sell them usually for 80, so tell me what u think.

isn't the output like 135/125w or something? i think you might also need to buy a heavy-duty harness kit for your headlight to make it really bright as it claims.. i'm not too sure actually.

PIAA's burn in no time, don't bother with expensive bulbs, i had like 6 sets that blew, had to keep warranty replacing them, pretty annoying

Maybe its how you handled them before install. I have had the same PIAA Extreme White bulbs for over a year now and they're still going strong.

I had mine for 6-months then they burned out, I never touched the bulb before I put them in either. I paid $70 for a pair too.

I had a pair of those PIAA Super Plasmas on...they looked great but they lasted only 6 months before the passenger side low beam blew out. Oh well...now im looking for a replacement that gives out that same color....

PlasmaGT is on a distinguished road
It's funny how people say PIAA's suck. I've had them in my last three cars and they never burned out. As a matter of fact after having them in my accord for a year I put them into my wife's car when I sold it. I'm now using PIAA Plasma Spark Blue (7500K) and they're the nicest looking non-Hid bulbs I've seen. 6 months and no problems.
