Most 2001+ Acura 1.7EL parts are interchangeable with the equivalent year's Civic EX sedan's. Almost all electrical parts are the same, and the interior components, save for some badging, are also identical. What parts in particular are you looking into swapping, GOCARx2k1civic? BTW, there is only one direct-fit front lip for the EL, and that comes with the OEM Aero Kit offered by Acura here. So front-end conversion options are limited. Sucks for me too, cause now that I want a bodykit, my only option is to go to the dealership = $$$$$$$$. The dealers I have talked to also will not split up the kit, so I can't get just the lip. Dammit.

It'll be $$ no matter where you get it - no one makes aftermarket parts SPECIFICALLY for the EL - it's all for 2k1+ civic sedan, which again is the same thing. A front-end conversion would be crazy expensive, my dealership quoted me $400CDN for just the front upper grille assembly when I began thinking about meshin mine.

not only do you havve to get the grill, you also have to get a new bumper, headlights, hood, fender and the wiring... but the trunklid should be a harmless swap, unless they come with a trunk popper!!!!!! anyways... im thinking about going up to canada one of these days and looking for an el to trade my vic.... that should be a nice upgrade... oh also they got a 2002 (cup holder lid) interior with LEATHER and WOODGRAIN
