urethane fits better than fiberglass. fiberglass is bound to have problems (spider cracks, ect.) urethane is more durable but expensive. any good shop will charge 500 installl and paint at the least. i now some that chage 200 install and paint but their work sucks. the octane is on badddd kit but its fiberglass and i refuse to buy fiberglass.

Your best bet would be to go with a Urathane kit, as most of them have just as good a fit as the OEM body panels.

but on aerotrends.com they have the octane kit made out of urethane instead of fiberglass. the cost is like 900 bucks. Has anyone ordered from this site and if u have is it a good site?

Umm rigghhht. . if you'd like to have a nice body kit either go for fiberglass or urethane. They are both good quality. First and foremost, not all FB is bad. It depends on the dealer you buy it from. First, fiberglass is hard and is able to be put on your civic's body. Just keep it on, without paint for like a week or two. Then take it off and paint, that way, the fiberglass will be adjusted to your civics body and no cracks. However, the way you put it on will determine the cracks and what not, plus your driving skills. URETHANE will bend and deform under heavy heat, so living in cali or any where else HOT over the summer, be careful where you park. If you happen to damage the urethane, you'll have to take it to a shop and just ask them to fix it, however, fiberglass if you break it, you break it. I suggest any quality, just be careful, why would you wanna be driving hardcore with your kit anyways??? So the bad rep about fiberglass, don't believe. . .please don't diss FB kits, they're good quality. . .
