ask youself this....how can you test MPG on a dyno...and oh yeah it was dynod on an RSX and mustang...came out having -8 HP (negative eight). so you buy it so the rubber fan blade can break off in your intake and it can sucked into the engine.
its almost as dangerous as not having a filter on your intake system, it would be very easy for one of those metal blades to fly off and then go into your throttle body and then do serious damage to your engine, i dnt think its worth it in my opinion, i see where they are coming when they say it spins the air for better mixture, but its too much of a risk

it is sooooo, not worth it. Some people have done the math on this product and come to find out its just a gimick to try and make money. If there was some truth to that product you would see similar one put out by other manufactures. I would put your money in a proven and tested product and method. But if you want to do the tests for us, feel free .......

first of all.. it doesnt have any rotating blades.. it simply a metal filter with specially designed fins that supposedly alter the way is entered through the intake, i guess making the air able to move faster into the intake by its more efficient means of "ir processing". I am not saying this thing works, but it is an excellent idea, and I wouldnt mind giving it a try, except for the fact that they sell it for about $70 friggin bucks. But, thats my insight.

heh. other manufactures in other countries sell that sucker for like half or 1/3 the price...
appearantly they work in certain application..
but overall they dont do anything that justify spending 70 bucks for it.. just like zMax and etc. lots of gimmick in this world.
