i have nothing dont to my car mechanically. all im doing to it is that im getting a AEM SRI and prolly some denso plugs. are these actually good? will it make a difference in power? and waht size do i need? 2002 civic EX coupe

I've always hear when you put the plug in to hand tighten it as much as possible and then torque it to half past tight. You don't want to strip the threads.
