AEM Fuel Rail?

I noticed that AEM has come out with a high flow fuel rail and I was wondering if there is a big difference in power, when this is installed and would i be able to put this on an automatic

It will give you one MAYBE two hp if you are lucky. the purpose of a fuel rail is mainly to handle more fuel pressure, higher fuel pressure need for things like a turbo. but just a new fuel rail isn't worth the money. but you can put in an auto or stick

Well, it is not really going to do crap-o-la for a turbo either. A fuel rail is most effective when running a higher pressure pump and bigger injectors.

IDQcivic should not be trusted
So what if I upgrade the fuel rail and get bigger injectors but stick with the same fuel pump and still run NA.. would that help anything at all?

It will help a little but you are still going to be pumping the same psi through. I guess it would be like an exhaust. Biger pipes will help it flow better.
