Greddy EVO Silencer?

Okay, so I just installed the EVO system and it's much louder than expected -- too loud.

From what I can tell, Greddy does not make a silencer.

However, Apexi does make a silencer for their N1 muffler which has a 115mm tip. The EVO also has a 115mm tip. Can I use the Apexi silencer? Has anyone done this before? And will I have to drill a hole in the tip to bolt in the silencer?

Any other ideas to quiet this thing down?

Thnx,

--J.

ak can only hope to improve
or you can have a muffler shop install a resonator. (i'm not sure if the Greddy comes with a hi-flow resonator)

You think its too loud?? I think mine sounds perfect. It could be a tad quieter, but not much. You should be able to use the 115mm silencer. It justs puts a cap in the big tip basically. But you'd have to drill a little hole in the tip to hold the silencer in. I'm glad you thought of this, I think i might do this also for when i go on long road trips.

These are the Apexi Silencers and run around 50-60 dollars.
