Bulb life for Sylvania Cool Blue?
Bulb life for Sylvania Cool Blue?
Well they lasted about a year and 2 months. The right one went out a week after the left one. The high beams still worked. At first I thought it was the fuse but I replaced the bulbs and the low beams were fine. Is this the life expectancy of these $15 bulbs? I mean I expected a little longer than 2 years. Also it's not like I have DRL or always have my lights on.
my eaglite plasma bulbs lasted about 7 months.. one burnt out so i just put back the stock ones. loved the visibility with those things. btw, how long are piaa and the more expensive ones supposed to last? any warrenty?

That sounds pretty good to me. They lasted longer than most other brands that I have heard about on the site. If you want a bulb that is going to last forever, put the dayum stock ones back in. Sheeeesssshhhh.

Both sets of PIAA's that I've had lasted a year... and my old Polarg's lasted about 7-8 months... But my brothers Eurolites are still goin strong after 3 years
I had a set of PIAA Super Extreme bulbs ($70 a pair) and they lasted about 5-months. Thats about the 5th set of bulbs I have had, none of which seem to last any longer than that.
i had some nokya arctic blues, which still worked, but were melted into funny shapes after about 7 months. i've switched to some no-brand plus-wattage bulbs, and i'm explecting maybe 6 months out of them tops. but for $9, that's fine with me.
I installed the mtec's on my ride the other day (my second mod
) and I must admit that I'm impressed with it's output..let's just hope they last..
btw where can I get some hyperwhite h11 and a parking bulb to match my mtecs? I outputtin' all different kind of color temps

I have cool blues for about a year now. They even made it through a headlight clearing and being dropped on the ground. They still work.
