Ok i got 2 small blue bulbs t put into the parking light (that middle circle on the headlight). in the handbook it says to take out a small pop in screw by pulliumg it out, then remove the inner fender and install the light, first i pulled the damn screw and the thing poped out but brock ( it is plastic), then i cant quite get how to remove the fender? do i just pull it out, and what part?

All you need to do is to remove all the screws that hold the inner fender on and then just bend it down out of the way and you should be able to get the bulbs no problem, thats all I did when I put mine in.
Good Luck

I broke a couple of my clips too, not to worry. But like he said, just pull the clips out, fold down the plastic trunk lining and you'll be able to see where the bulbs are plugged in at. Quite simple really ...
There is only one screw and one clip that you need to remove to bend the wheel well back to access that lights.
Remove the screw that holds the bumper on, pop the side of the bumper out (this makes it easier to bend back the wheel well). Then remove the clip closest to where you are trying to open (should be right above the wheel) and then just bend it back.

You should be able to pop two or three clips out and bend the plastic part down towards the tire enough to fit your hand in there. Just be careful with the clips because they do break pretty easy. And if your car is lowered at all, you might have to jack the front end up a bit in order to fit your hand in between the tire and the fender.
