Revo Short Shifter, Grey's Upgrade Kit, and KumoSport Bushings INSTALLED!!!
I just got finished do the Install of all of these items. It took me about and hour to do it. The toughest part was taking off the front 2 tabs on the console.
After putting everything together, I took my baby(Phoenix) for a test drive. It was so AWSOME. I could shift in a split second no problem. Every throw was solid and I absolutely knew that I was in gear.
This is a must for any person looking to get more out of their manual tranny!!!

I can also praise Grey's shift kit. My factory pin was a hair away from breaking and the grease he included came just in time since mine started squeeking

Yeah, look in this thread for more information: For Sale: Revo Technica Short Shifter Upgrade Kits
I won't be selling any more though. They're just not profitable enough. I can tell you where to get all of the components though, just PM me.
I'm thinking of selling something else though. Either custom strut bars which would be way better than any other product out there right now. I'm thinking of calling them "Mr. Stiffy". Hehe... Or... Custom floor bars which would be good for attaching harnesses from bucket seats (and stiffening the chassis a little bit too).
I'm also thinking of making a kit to adjust the idle speed of our engines. I'm prototyping right now. This would be good for aftermarket cams that made the engine run crappy at lower rpm's. Maybe also custom aluminum pedals made for our 7th gens. I could make different styles too.
Maybe something small like stainless steel license plate screws (no more stupid rust streaks). Maybe a kit to make 4 holes instead of 2 on the back license plate to secure it better for lessened license plate rattle for civics with systems. Plus a sound deadening kit for the plate. I dunno?
Maybe Something like the KumoSport kit for replacing the rubber bushings with aluminum. Although mine would be a little different. It would make the shifter assembly even stiffer than KumoSports. Actually it's pretty easy to do. Just buy appropriate washers to put into the holes and have the shifter's base sit flat on the floor. This in itself makes it stiffer. Plus it costs much much less.
I could make very nice intakes with higher flow rates than anything else out there by making them sort of like AEM's V2 CAI with K&N's best filter. It would cost something like $100, but it would be as good as or better quality than AEM's. That takes capital to start though (which I don't have). Hehe... Maybe later...
Higher flow throttle bodies. With core exchange program. Although again I'de have to have capital to buy a few throttle bodies first.
Polyurethane motor mounts anyone? Again, extremely easy to do. Although mass production wouldn't be as easy. I'de have to make a mould first.
I dunno, I'll sell something else soon enough... Thanks for the comments!

I tried different bushing heights... it got stiffer a bit, but I didn't like how it feel, plus, I have trouble getting the shifter in gear sometimes.. it feels like the pivot point isnt at the right spot... thats why I stuck with oem height, and I think thats probably why kumosport did too.
btw I'm still sending you (grey) and picoloboy or whats his name a set for free for some review and feedback.. I'll message u when they're ready. heh.

just like you though grey, I've been looking at lots of other items to produce for our cars...
I figure I can get some polyurethane bushings for the sway bars out too... at a cheaper price than neuspeed's $20.00 (for front)
and a polyurethane rear sway bar bushing (at the many config we have.. 12mm, 13mm, 19mm...)
I was also thinking about a lower rear tie bar... a solid piece one, without pivot points...
in either case, all these takes some time, even my lil shifter bushings takes forever... I bet by the time I get the tie bars produced, no one would want them anymore.
its all about profit. I totaly see why manufactures would take so long to come out with something, or decide not to bring out a product at all.

Oh yeah, I forgot that you were making those. Yeah, probably won't be making those then. Oh really, it binds or something when you decrease the height of the shifter? Maybe. Looking forward to those bushings. I'll review them for sure. I'll install them in my sister's car and write up a DIY for you with some pics if you'de like...
Oh yeah, polyurethane bushings are way easy to make. That's a good project.
The solid tie bars would be pretty easy to make too. Yep. I guess a nice solid piece of aluminum would be nice too for a lower rear tie bar. So that it wouldn't rust up on you or anything...

okay cool thanks
yeah I might think about the tie bar more..
I'm sure the members on the board would like some products made by member, for members.
and we wont exactly jack up the price too.
