autodynamic sells them too... for about the same price...

they're pretty nice, work good on black, dark color cars.
expensive mojo though.

I bought 2 pairs of these headlights already and both had problems with fogging and the one was also broken when I receieved it. Poorly Built. Very Poorly.
Also, very misleading advertisement. These are NOT BLACK HOUSING. They're GUNMETAL. They were originally assembled and advertised as gunmetal, but they weren't selling so they started advertising them as black. They look black in certain light, but in crisp, clear light you can see that they're gunmetal. Also the plastic is poorly molded. In certain light there is a rainbowish glare that reflects off the housing. It's most likely due to the oils they used in the production of the plastic. These are SO poorly built not only do I not recommend them, I suggest AGAINST them.
So unless you're ready for a headache, and you're looking for gunmetal, don't get these. $150 down the drain, and I'm still using the cleared headlights.
PM me if you have any other questions about these.

I purchases the same headlights they fit like OEM but you need to seal them before you install them to insure they arent gonna fog up. I love them they look great with my gunmetal rims. they are gunmetal but a very dull gunmetal color. i would recommend them as long as you be sure to seal them before installing them

If so, then you MUST realize how easy it is to do this sort of modification??? It wouldn't take more than a couple of hours, and would be a great saturday project!

It's not a matter of being lazy or not. It's a lot smarter to spend $150 on a pair of headlights that are painted then to take your OEM headlights apart and spray them. Think about it. If one day you decide you want the stock headlight or a cleared light back you're screwed because you've just painted your inserts. If you decide to play the OEM headlights you're going to pay A LOT of money. : )[hr]

That's a very good point. A pair of stock headlamps cost over $300 which will probably fog after a couple of years (as I've seen on some other gen civics). I bought these from Tornactive & have not had any problems with them fogging at all & they look great.
actually, the ones from tornactive look more like painted stock lights. if you look at the round cup for the parking light, there's only a little bit of chrome in the pit of the cup. the ones on tornactive the chrome goes all the way to the front, like your stock lights. i'm getting the ones from tornactive personally, because they're $5 less than the ones on autodynamic, and they look better, and rob is awesome.

Oh is that right? Where is this? If you mean E-Bay then shut up. You can't count E-Bay as a reliable source for quality replacement OEM parts. If you know of some other place selling them that cheap though, i'd like to know where and pick myself up a pair.

I think they look blue b/c it was taken outside and it's just a reflection from the sky...I THINk i sorta see the clouds too. =P
Also, it's not very smart to dye/clear your headlights b/c its always good to leave 'em stock for when you sell your car. If you don't care- go right on ahead....and like Liquidblue said...it could be over 4 bills for new stock ones... and i've seen cleared aftermarket headlights and they were loT cheaper.
Just my 2 cents.

i just bought PROJECTOR HALO HEADLIGHTS from ebay. ($148). they arent installed yet (i just got them) but i agree w/ the last post... I am not going to keep my car forever, and when i sell it, i would much rather put on the stock headlights and sell the projectors. instead of just saving money and "paint" or clear them out myself. I see more cleared out headlights than i do projectors, (i guess cuz of the money issue), but there will also be more double takes when people look at my lights than when they see just regular cleared ones... :-)
