Rep Power: 0 All your worried about mwwhonda is flaming him, he obviously did not mention the d16 at all, I also thought that, but I don't like to hate, as opposed to you, yes.

People bash other ppl to flame, no need to turn it around.
Anyone kno if Skunk2 makin one for the d17 now?

Rep Power: 0 Crower makes a pretty aggressive D17 cam, but you need springs and retainers too
And it has a slight lope at idle..so it sounds real mean.

Rep Power: 0 i think skunk2 will release cams but maybe till not spring/summer. obviously, the d16 came before ours so the prev. gens civics will get more attention before they turn to us.

Rep Power: 0 no you didnt...and that is why i did not flame, nor even intend to flame....i was just pointing out that the cam was for the d16 series, just to clear up any misconceptions ahead of time...

no such thing as a B17.
previous gen tegs are equipped with B18 (GS, LS), B18C (GSR), and B18C3 (Type R)
ummm.. maybe a 3rd gen GSR has a b16, not sure. dont remember them too well.
if skunk2 ever bothers to make cams for our application, it's going to take awhile... they took a long time to get those CARB exempt, street legal cams and throttle body out for the d16s... with a price to match too.

Rep Power: 0 They have D series from groupbuycenter, here's the link.
Check out the D series, stage 2 is what you would want(most likely) it does require a spring/retainer upgrade also unless you want to bang your valves =)
Crower Cams...

Rep Power: 0 btw, crower will custom grind any camshaft for you, you just have to provide the cam (~$230 new) and give them the specs (you can pull specs off of the other d-series cams if you are clueless)
