Are Cheap Mufflers Okay?

I already have the full Magnaflow catback exhaust, but I think I wanna give the rear a lil more spice with a new muffler. I don't really feel like spending a lot for the muffler, cuz I've been told it's not gonna change the sound anyways. I also don't feel like spending over 100 cuz I coulda gotten a Greddy Evo exhaust instead if I were to spend that much. I think I'm gonna get one for around $60-$70 shipped. Is there anything I should know about cheap mufflers before I buy one? I've been loookin on ebay and will probably get one of these.

cheap muffler good, the only reason i liek to buy expensive name brands is the same reason i like to buy polo cause of the label, if that makes a tool, so be it, but it makes me feel good to spend the extra $, but if your not like me go ahead and get sum cheap stuff

I wouldn't leave the silencer in for #1. Magnaflows are pretty quiet, I wouldnt need to.

dude, i got one like #1 with custom piping, and i dont use the silencer...it actually sounds reaal nice..like an n1, all deep n not too loud...got it for 80 bucks...but i still kinda wanna get a real APEX'i n1 muffler..why? just so i have the name...other than that, no real difference
since its just the muffler...your size piping is what will make a difference

The exhaust you should get is the FOLGERS exhaust. Yeah that big outlet will give you 10 more HP plus you will be the only one with that.

I had the Apexi N1 N/A muffler before. It made absolutely no difference in sound, so I had the resonator taken out, and it sounded like crap. waste of $200

I already have the Magnaflow 2 1/4 inch piping so it's not going to sound cheap.
