z3 fenders?

I know that you should get them in metal and not fiberglass...does anyone know how hard the metal ones are to put on?

Basically just looking for general information, i can get them for $185 shipped...guess thats a good deal.

they do fit better than the fiberglass ones plus i heard that the fiberglass ones have tabs to install them that break really easy and the metal ones will last as well a bolt right on

I don't know how the metal ones fit but I have the fiberglass ones and they are a perfect fit, though there are some cheap glass z3 fenders out there. Go through Aerogear if you want the glass ones, they look great and fit perfect.

I'm not a fan of the metal ones. Because they have a removeable slots and I would think that it would be noticable when painted... like the seems on them. Maybe i'm wrong though

I just got the metal z3 fenders put on saturday. They look great and they fit great with no modifications. They are the metal ones. The fiberglass are easy to break and will not fit right without modifications done to it.
