IT'S IN THEIR NEW AD'S, BUT THE LAST TIME I CHECKED THEY STILL WERN'T AVAILABLE. SO I BOUGHT A DC LOWER INSTEAD. IT LOOKS BETTER TOO!!

it should look just like any other neuspeed rear tie bar for any civics... a bar with mounting points on the ends... and no pivot points.

ummmm.. its not out. I emailed last week and they say 3-4 weeks (again)
