I seached. MUFFLER question =)
Went to get a Exhaust and then the dealer gave me back my stock ones.
i got my old muffler and another big metal thing with a pipe stuck to it. mmm what is that?
Sorry. i'm a newbie. I just paid the guy to get my car go zoom zoom.

Um, if you got that from a dealer, I dunno what the hell it is. Probably your mid-pipe? What's this "big-metal" thing you're talking about? Probably your resonator. I hope it's not your cat converter. [IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG]

Rep Power: 0 that big metal thing is most likely your resinator...its pretty much a pre-muffler so your car isnt so loud...u can take it off if u want your car to be loud...but your $h!t will rattle and sound pretty ugly...cuz thats how mine was when i got a custom exhaust done.....so i went and got an aftermarket resinator ( or glasspack ) and now my car sounds nice n deep
