Revo Shifter since it makes the actual shifter shorter. I have the Revo right now and will attempt to use the DC with it when i get my DC adaptor

Personally, I'd go with the revo. Complete replacement. It lowers the stick height AND relocates the shift point. Do a search and you will find a plethora of info.

The revo is a piece of crap. Mine just won't stop squeaking every time i move the shifter left or right (to go into 1,2,5,R). I've lubricated all moving parts, replaced rubber bushings, taken the whole thing apart and lubricated and reassembled. It's the type of plastic it's made out of, after a while the lever to the left of the shift ball (thing the stick goes into) starts wearing against the metal rod that moves it, and it's impossible to stop. I'm putting my original back on until a better one is released or Revo makes a better product.

How long have you had your shifter on for before it started making that noise? I just installed my revo about a week ago and am incredibly happy with it. I greased everything up that moves and it makes no noise at all.

I had it for 6 months, it started squeaking, I greased it up, and it stopped for a little while. Now (about 9 months) it's squeaking again, and no amount of grease will stop it this time. The part that's squeaking can't be accessed due to the way it's made, and I can't see any way to get it to stop. Penetrating oil/grease can't get in there either.

Unless you find the older version of the REVO there's NO way you're going to get the DC adapter on the stick....On the newer version of REVO the Relocated cable point(What adapters like DC,Neuspeed, & Solo do) is WELDED on take a loook....Or check the LINKY

<------------<-------------<--------Old Version---------------------------------------------------------------------New Version----------->------------->--------->

-------The only way your going to do this is to find the old version of REVO out there$90 and get the DC $55 OR you can just get the NEW Easy to find REvO $90 and have an extra $55 bucks to smoke up....
