Given the fact that this is your first post, I'll spare you the flaming right now that you're liable to get later from other members who hear this question EVERY DAY.
The answer is, No, there aren't currently any mainstream aftermarket companies that have released turbo or supercharger kits for our cars. There ARE a couple of individual shops that are fabricating custom turbos . . . as a matter of fact let me give you a recommendation that you're going to hear ALOT as a new member. Use the search function. As an extra added bonus, here's what you can search for:
So Cali Meet - I believe there was a member at that meet that had a turbo. Someone took pics of it if you're interested.
Custom Turbo - there are TONS of threads on this subject.
HKS, Greddy - either of these will pull up threads with e-mailed status reports on how the HKS and Greddy Turbo's are coming along.

I'd worry more of earthquakes and raining fire, water that turns to blood and meteor showers.
