What kind of inputs do you have on your LCD? If you have the regular RCA inputs, then you should get a video card for the computer that has RCA outputs. You can do it a few ways, but the RCA is a simple solution.

hooking up computers to car LCDs made for video is over rated.... but if you must there should be a a video wire coming out the back of your LCD (Yellow usually) hook that into a video card in ur puter that supports TV out

eh, if you mount it right... it will be fine... better yet, if you have one of those tiny pcs like those bookPC's, then you're even better

When you use a vid card that can support tv out dont you have to tell the computer to go to the tv? it doesnt automaticly do it? Thats why i thought and my friends is like that. LIke if he hooks it up to the tv nothing happends he has to go to the program and say run to tv. how can i do that when i hae to monitor?

it depend son the vid card, usually you have to tell it to go to TV mode some vid cards trun off ur monitor and go to the TV, mine actually has setup for two screens so I can browse on my puter while I watch some DIVX movies on my TV at the same time.
