New Products-Carbon Fiber C-Style Scoop and Lip Kit
This is probably not news to you all, but I just thought I would mention it if you all don't mind.
We now have our C-style scoop available for the 2001 Civic Coupe. These are also available in OEM style. As far as kits go, we have our ABS plastic lip kits. This is the Type-SS Lip Kits that we offer. They are avialble for the 4dr, but it will fit the 2dr with slight modification to the rear lip.
We have 2 types of Carbon Fiber Hoods. We have our BASIC and STANDARD. Both Hand Laid hoods, but the Standard uses a vacumm bagged process which lets us make a smoother edge.
Here are a few pictures. I try to take the best pictures as possible to show you the quality of the product. But pictures can only show you soo much, but I still try to get as close as possible. We use 3k 2x2 twill carbon fiber with a UV protected Glossy Gel Coat. For more information please e-mail us or call and ask for Andy.

Lip Kit. Note: Had to brighten picture so you can see the shape and form of the pieces.

You can bend the pieces and it will keep its form. This will not sag like Urethane and weight as much.

Sorry guys, I thought I had my e-mail address and stuff in my profile when I registered for the site. I just registered today and didn't really get time to really look at all that stuff since we had hoods to package and make.

You can reach us on AOL sometimes at CompositeExperts@aol.com
I'm not trying to really market anything. More like just informing you that this is now available. If I logged on as a regular member I don't see what the difference would be. I didn't even list a price or contact info. If you would like to delete this thread that is fine by me, but I looked through the forum rules and I didn't see anything that stated I could not post here. I have been posting and answering questions about composite products on other boards such as honda-tech, clubsi, I-club for years without any problems. I am also not a dealer, I am a manufacturer. You can read about composite products and information about us at www.bodykitsnw.com
Have a good day everyone. If you have any questions please e-mail us or give us a call. We will be glad to e-mail you.
As for the lip kits, I am not sure exactly where they get there stuff from, but I have a lot in stock. I probably have over 200 sets. I can take pictures of all the sets that we have if you would like.
Again, have a good day and thanks for taking the time to post.

Ok, I took pictures of the skeleton both OEM Style and C-Style Vented. As you can see we do not gut out our frames. If you do you will leave less surface area to bond the top and bottom piece together.
Here is a pic of the bottom skeleton. Also as you can see, I have taken pictures of the way we package our products. This is not a 1 minute quicky. It takes a seperate staff just to package hoods.

This picture was taken by a "NOW" customer of mine. I kept it cause I thought it was quite interesting. This is the first hood he purchased. I told everyone this could happen. Can we say OUCH!
