if it says universal it will fit. It wond screw in like the stock one, but its still real easy.
Get a momo, it'll fit and they're real slick but they're a little expensive.

I would love to have that **** too! However, $150 is a little too much for a shift **** imo!

www.acura-carland.com has the rsx shift ****. Comes out to around $38. Make sure to tell them you want the 5-speed ****, not the 6-speed in the special instructions section when ordering...unless you have a 6-speed civic.
