I just found this on the arospeed.com website, it seems pretty cool...this is what it says

Yes, please let me know! and if you can find out, how it works? like how does this cable or whatever connect to your muffler and into your car?

HOW IS IT OLD STUFF?
no body has ever heard of it, and its still under NEW STUFF @ the arospeed website...
if it was old it would be under products, and i would have a price for it OK BUDDY
